We believe that every product has more than one story to tell. From this belief, Ferrino's upcycling workshops and ateliers were born in 2022, and merged in 2025 with the Re-Life project.

During these special events, hosted at outdoor and apparel fairs and exhibitions, our end-of-life, unrepairable tents are recovered and transformed into new, useful, and personalized objects.

The process is entirely participatory. Our staff guides visitors through the selection of materials and the design of their own accessory—a backpack, a tote bag, a pencil case, or other objects made from the fabric of discarded tents.

With the support of our expert machinists, each product takes shape on the spot: it is sewn live, before the eyes of the customer, who watches and actively participates in the transformation.

A concrete experience that puts the principles of the circular economy into practice, making them visible and accessible.

With the Re-Life workshops, we want to demonstrate that reuse is not only possible, but also creative, accessible, and rewarding. The goal is not only to offer a unique experience, but also to stimulate reflection on the value of materials and the impact of the textile sector, one of the most significant globally.

Cutting a new object from a used curtain means recognizing that what we consider “end of life” can still have a function, a meaning, a future.

Direct contact with the product, with the hands that transform it, changes the perception of consumption and helps us rediscover the pleasure of creation. Small everyday gestures—like repairing, reusing, reinventing—become part of a more conscious choice.

We like to think that those who participate in our workshops return home with much more than an object: they take with them a different idea of ​​ownership and a more responsible way of living their lives. In a world where obsolescence is often programmed, Re-Life seeks to offer a concrete and lasting alternative.
