Nicolò Guarrera - Pieroad

Pieroad, born Nicolò Guarrera, is an Italian traveler known for having circumnavigated the world on foot. In a five-year adventure, he traveled 35,000 km across four continents with his inseparable trekking stroller, the "Ezio," a symbol of slow and profound exploration.

Having left Malo (VI) on August 9, 2020, Nicolò embraced the natural rhythm of the human body to discover and connect with places and people. From the peaks of the Andes to the Australian desert, via a sailing trip across the Atlantic, he learned to live with the essentials, adapting to extreme environmental conditions and transforming walking into a means of encounter.

His enterprise embodies a vision of sustainable and humane outdoor living, where physical endurance meets personal reflection.

2021–2023 – Crossing Europe, Latin America and Australia, with self-sufficient Outback Desert

2024 – Continuation of the journey through Asia and the Middle East.

2025 – Conclusion of the world tour on foot after over 35,000 km of walking and return to Malo (VI) in Italy
