How to find the perfect fit for your Double Ergo Adjustment backpack

Extremely practical and comfortable, the adjustment takes place by sliding the shoulder strap slide on a double self-modelling aluminium frame for better load distribution around the waist band.

When choosing a backpack, it's essential to find the optimal length for your back. With the right instructions and a little patience, you can achieve the perfect fit.

Follow these steps to ensure the backpack you purchase fits comfortably and securely on your back.

1. Find the two measuring points.

The length of the back is the distance between the seventh vertebra and the top of the hip.

It is between these two points that the measurement will be taken.

Bend your head slightly forward and place one hand on your hip, with your thumb pointing toward the center of your back and your fingers pointing forward. You'll feel the top of your hip.

2. Use a belt to help you

Take a belt and place it horizontally across the top of your hips.

This will help you keep your spine straight and better reach the center of your back when measuring.

3. Take measurements with a tape measure.

Start by measuring from your seventh cervical vertebra to your hip with a tape measure.

Use your left hand to hold the tape measure on your back and your right hand to reach your waist.

Press your thumb into the spot where the tape measure meets the belt on your back.

Hold this position firmly.

Look at the measurement on the top of the tape measure.

This is your result!
