1. HOW TO PURCHASE, PAYMENTS, TERMS OF SALE
You can search for a product on our website by browsing the catalog. The catalog is divided into categories, each with a list of related products. Selecting a product will display a detailed product sheet containing one or more zoomable images, price, description, technical information on features, colors, and available quantities.
From the product sheet, choose the quantity and click on the "Add to Cart" button.
You'll see a message confirming that your order has been successfully processed. Within a few hours, you'll receive an email confirming your order has been processed. If you're registered, you can also access your personal area and check the status of all your orders.

2. SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS
The courier may vary depending on the order's delivery destination. Shipping methods are as follows: Italy
• Delivery within 2-3 working days. EU countries
• Delivery in 3-4 working days. Outside the EU
• Delivery in 4-5 working days.
Products will be shipped only after payment for the order has been properly registered and confirmed. Shipments are made Monday through Friday.
After your package has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number for your order so you can monitor its delivery.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and quantity of goods purchased and are dynamically highlighted during the purchase process and then in the order summary.
Shipping is free in the following cases:
In Italy, for orders over 49.90 euros;
In Europe, for orders over 99.90 euros;
In non-European countries, for orders over 149.90 euros.
Yes, simply contact us using the contact form and our operators will update the delivery address according to your instructions before shipping your order. If your order has already been shipped, our operators will only be able to change the address once the courier indicates that the shipment is being held. We recommend monitoring the tracking number you received via email and contacting us if your shipment is flagged as being held.
Your order can be cancelled until our warehouse has started the processing process, which you will be notified of by email. The courier will collect the returned item upon agreement with Ferrino by Calicantus Srl. Once the returned product has been inspected and verified to meet the return acceptance requirements listed above, the returned item will be refunded and you can proceed with a new purchase.

4. WARRANTY AND RETURN FOR DEFECTIVENESS
Every Ferrino item is designed down to the smallest detail and crafted with the most suitable materials for its intended use. Strict Ferrino Quality controls guarantee a product free from defects in materials and workmanship.
If these types of defects are found, you can take advantage of the warranty which lasts for 2 years from the date of purchase of the product.
For High Lab products the warranty is valid for 3 years.
Please also remember that: The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use or due to normal wear and tear of components following prolonged use.
This warranty does not limit the consumer's rights as defined by the laws in force in the various countries
Below you will find the instructions needed to activate the authorized return procedure provided by our company, in accordance with current legislation.
Mode: 1. In case of product purchased from a Ferrino dealer:
The authorized return procedure is activated when a consumer complains of a suspected defect/non-conformity. The buyer must return the defective item to the point of purchase along with the receipt (a condition for the warranty to be valid). The retailer will forward it to the distributor or directly to Ferrino. Ferrino will, at its discretion, replace or repair the item. If the defect is not covered by the warranty, the repair will be performed at a reasonable cost, including shipping costs.
2. In case of a product purchased on our online shop
In the event of a defect or issue, products purchased from our e-shop can be returned directly to the Ferrino after-sales service. Our in-house staff will evaluate whether to repair or replace the product based on each individual case received. To initiate the procedure, fill out the form on this page (http://ferrino.it/assistenza-sostituzioni-riparazioni.html) with a brief description of the problem, your order number, your name, surname, address, and telephone number. Our after-sales service will process your request, contacting you as soon as possible and proceeding with a free repair or replacement if the product is under warranty, or with a repair estimate for requests outside of the Ferrino warranty.
If the product is under warranty, shipping is paid by Ferrino, who will arrange for the product to be collected by Bartolini courier in consultation with the customer.
5. PRODUCT CARE
Hand washing with water and neutral soap, using a soft brush, is recommended. To remove resin stains from the curtain, rub a cotton ball with olive oil and then wash with water and neutral soap. Let the items dry thoroughly before storing.

For sleeping bags with synthetic filling:
If the sleeping bag has synthetic padding, it can be washed delicately in the washing machine at 30° without using fabric softener.
It is recommended to put two or three tennis balls in the washing machine so that the padding swells as it originally did when dry.
For down sleeping bags:
Down sleeping bags require much more gentle washing, especially when drying, where you need to shake them several times to prevent the down from clumping at the bottom. For this reason, it's best to take them to the dry cleaners.
When not in use, it is recommended to store your down sleeping bag in a closet, hanging it up or folded like a duvet, and not in its case or compression bag.
Attention!
For both synthetic and down-filled sleeping bags, excessive washing damages the filling: for this reason, it is recommended to use a cotton, silk, or disposable sleeping bag liner in combination with the sleeping bag.
Washing instructions are shown on the labels inside each item.
Go to your store and explain the problem with your product. The retailer will send the product to our in-house repair service for a fee, with a quote issued by our in-house and designated staff.
Some spare parts can be purchased through our online shop. If you don't find the part you're looking for in our shop, you can contact Ferrino internal support if you purchased the product online from our official shop, or contact a sales point if the item wasn't purchased online.
6 USE OF THE PRODUCT
